Once application completed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your secure portal to safely upload your personal files. 
Check your spam if you don't see the email. Once documents are uploaded and you've signed the verification letter, your application is complete. We will begin contacting approved applicants with pick up details starting the week of 11/19/2023.
